How long will my first cleaning take?

For home cleaning, it can take 3-6 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home.

What should I do before the cleaners arrive?

We recommend clearing sink of dishes, tidying up any personal belongings, toys or clutter so that our team can focus on deep cleaning. For specific requests, please inform us ahead of time.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

You are not required to be home during the cleaning. If you won’t be home, please provide instructions on how we can access your home (e.g., key, code, etc.).

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the job. However, if you have specific products or equipment you would prefer us to use, we are happy to accommodate that as well.

Are your cleaning services pet-friendly?

Absolutely! We love pets, and our cleaning products are safe for animals. We do recommend securing any pets that might be anxious or disruptive during the cleaning process.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Cards are subject to sales tax. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Can I book recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring cleaning services. Let us know your preference when scheduling, and we can set up automatic appointments for you.

Is there a fee if I change the frequency of my recurring service?

Yes, if you decide to extend the time between recurring cleanings (e.g., switching from bi-weekly to monthly), there may be an additional fee.

How far in advance should I schedule?

We recommend scheduling at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend or holiday appointments. For same-day service, please text/email us directly to check availability.

Appointment Grace Period:

Please allow a 30-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time to account for potential delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

We understand that things happens, and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please notify us at least 72 hours’ in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

What happens if I need to reschedule my appointment, and what are the potential fees?

If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. However, if we are unable to fit you into the schedule, you’ll have to wait until your next scheduled appointment. Please note that if rescheduling leads to a significant change in the frequency of your appointments, you may be charged a fee. To avoid this, we recommend keeping your original appointment or rescheduling as early as possible.
