What if I am unhappy with the service I received?

At Tidy & Tight Cleaning, we want our clients to be happy with any service we provide. If you are not satisfied, we will do the job again ensuring that all your concerns are correctly handled.

What if something in my home or office is damaged?

All our cleaners are trained and will treat your home or business with care and respect. In the event of an incident, we are insured and will do everything possible to repair or replace the item.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, we have all the cleaning products and supplies needed. If you prefer for us to use your products, please let us know before the cleaner arrives on site.

 

What forms of payment can I use?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Payments are due on the day of your service.

Are your cleaners pet friendly?

All our cleaners love pets and will not have any issues entering your home. In the event that your pet isn’t people friendly, we kindly ask that the pet be placed in another room.

 

Are the cleaning products pet friendly?

Any cleaning agents we us in your home are pet friendly in addition to eco-friendly. The products will not harm you, your children, or your fur babies.

Are the cleaning products organic?

While our products are eco-friendly and safe, they are not organic. When booking your service, you may request all-natural products.
